Frequently asked questions
How do I sell a card?+
Go to "List a card" in the navbar, fill in the card details and your asking price, and submit. Your listing goes live immediately.
What fees does Pitlane charge?+
We charge an 8% seller fee on completed sales. There are no listing fees — you only pay when you sell.
How do I get paid?+
Add your payout email in Settings → Payouts. Once a buyer confirms delivery, your payout is released within 3–5 business days.
What if my card arrives damaged?+
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll review and mediate the dispute.
Can I cancel an order?+
Buyers can request cancellation before the seller marks it shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
How does eBay price data work?+
We pull median sold listing prices from eBay for cards in our catalog. Data is refreshed periodically and labelled "Live eBay data" vs "Estimated".
