Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pitlane, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pitlane. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Do not share your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings and sales

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing cards, including condition and any defects. Misrepresentation is grounds for account suspension. All listings must be for items you own and are able to ship.

5. Prohibited items

You may not list counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised replica cards. Pitlane reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.

6. Fees

Sellers pay an 8% fee on completed sales. Fees are deducted from the payout before transfer. Buyers pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping costs.

7. Payments and payouts

Payments are processed via Stripe. Seller payouts are initiated after the buyer confirms delivery. Pitlane is not liable for delays caused by Stripe or the seller's bank.

8. Disputes

If a card arrives materially different from its listing, contact support within 48 hours of delivery. We will review evidence from both parties and make a final decision.

9. Intellectual property

Pitlane is not affiliated with Formula 1, FOM, or any constructor. Card images remain the property of their respective rights holders. User-uploaded content must not infringe third-party rights.

10. Limitation of liability

Pitlane is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitlane is not liable for losses arising from transactions, disputes, or platform downtime.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Pitlane after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
